This World Golf Village home received a dramatic color change, turning an outdated, faded green into a modern gray-blue accented with crisp white trim and soffits.
We used a two-coat system:
- Base Coat: Loxon® XP Elastomeric for superior durability and weatherproofing.
- Top Coat: SuperPaint® for a flawless, long-lasting finish.
To complete the transformation, we painted the vinyl soffits from tan to white, perfectly tying into the new modern scheme and brightening the overall appearance.
The result is a clean, coastal-inspired exterior that complements the dark roof and architectural details while dramatically increasing curb appeal.
